A pretty good week!

This wk wasn't sooo bad...pretty hectic, but my stress eating was in check, so altho i wasn't Miss Model WW Member as i didn't really calculate my points this wk, i did think first about what i was eating--and mindfully made sure i understood that eating that 3rd cookie meant eating more veggies for dinner than starches or proteins.

The scale was lovin' me this wk--1 more pound down--total 16.2 lbs gone.

Nothing is really bothering me this wk, so unfortunately this post is going to be pretty boring because there is nothing i feel like talking about--other than SQUASH!

I LOVE SQUASH! Find yourself some delicata squash (honeyboats), smother it with cinnamon and olive oil and bake it till you think it's going to be a crispy critter. Remove it from the oven and walk away! You know what you have?? Thee best breakfast ever!! I must have had 2 of those squashes for b-fast on Thursday.

I also found a great recipe with acorn squash. Stuff them with blueberries, apple chunks, brown sugar and a little butter. Bake 'em and you have a great main course!

This wk, i am challenging myself to give up 1/2 n 1/2 in my hot beverages. Maybe not all the time, but even if for just two or three times a wk. Saves a point or two each time, eh?

last ingested: bratwurst, 1/2 potato, German red cabbage, and a small slice of Almondy (Ikea treat), and a cup of tea with NO 1/2 n 1/2!!! Yea me!
