The Steps To Success

Our leader gave us the list by a Mr. Hanfield, who i am sure is a doctor of something with a Ph.D., and anyway, the list was quite inspiring and follows:

1. Acknowledge the past

2. Use positive self talk

3. Remember your strengths (weigh loss is not THEE HARDEST thing you'll do--i disagree!)

4. Clarify your vision

5. set yourself measurable goals

6. visualise or affirm your goals and objectives (daily?!)

7. take action!

8. respond to feedback (if i gain weight this wk, what does that tell me to do differently the following wk.)

9. Perserve (persistance & failure cannot co-exist!)

10. Celebrate your successes -- I AM A POLICY HOLDER TO SUCCESS!!
